As we age, it is important to keep mentally active. Let’s have a little fun and mental exercise, two components that should be included in every caregiver’s daily schedule. Grab a scrap of paper, number it from 1 to 12, and answer the following statements “true” or “false.” See how many you can answer correctly without peeking at the answers (below).

  1. Almost 30% of the adult U.S. population are currently caregivers.
  2. Services provided by family caregivers had an estimated value of $450 in 2009.
